Born in Mexico city// Studied graphic design in the U.A.M. university spring 91-fall 95 and have a bachelor degree in graphic design and communication // 11 years working and surviving from design, my fist years out of school were spent in several advertising agencies where I went from story board artist to senior art director/ Agencies: J. Walter Thompson, Proeza BDDP, Leo Burnett and Grey / / In 1999 I decided that advertising wasn't my thing and went to work at Virgin Studios Mexico [now Rushes Mexico], post production facility as motion designer, learn the stuff and stick to it till' present time// On 2001 I began working as a freelance designer and art director and formed my own one man motion design company in Mexico, "Flameboy Studio" / I worked with clients like Gatorade, Televisa, Endemol, Y&R, Ogilvy & Mather, Grey Mexico and several production companies // Also in this period I worked a lot with MEDIAMATES, a motion design studio, teaming up with Esteban Madrazo, one of the best motion graphic artist I have known // In 2003 I had the opportunity to work at SPIN PRODUCTIONS in Toronto as a senior motion designer and moved from Mexico //// In summer 2004 I was promoted from senior motion designer to Art director at Spin Productions // In November 2004 I came back to Mexico// "Flameboy Studio” changed it's name to "LA FLAMA"// In the beginning of 2005 I was represented by ELECTRIC COMPANY // On June 2005 I was part of “Pixel Perfect” an exhibition of digital art organized by AGORA GALLERY New York //Form the creative collective Lola on July 2005// On September 2005 SPY FILMS began to rep me as a director world wide // January 2006 I directed my first commercial still in Lola // February 2006 I leave Lola and began working at IMAX PRODUCTIONS.http://www.mediamates.tvhttp://www.spinpro.comhttp://www.laflama.comhttp://www.electriccompany.cahttp://www.agora-gallery.com/http://www.spyfilms.com/whatsNew.htmlhttp://www.imaxprod.comshapeimage_3_link_0shapeimage_3_link_1shapeimage_3_link_2shapeimage_3_link_3shapeimage_3_link_4shapeimage_3_link_5shapeimage_3_link_6
